By accessing or using Escorter (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Kenyan laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
Escorter is an advertising and directory platform only. We connect independent adult companions (“Providers”) with adult clients (“Users”). We do not employ, manage, or act as an agency for any Provider. All arrangements are private contracts directly between the User and the Provider. Escorter is not a party to any agreement or transaction.
2. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older and of legal adult age in Kenya to use this Platform. By using Escorter, you declare that you meet this requirement.
3. Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement:
- Any involvement with minors (child prostitution, child pornography, or solicitation of minors)
- Human trafficking or sexual exploitation
- Drug trafficking or promotion of illegal substances
- Violence, coercion, blackmail, or fraud
- Money laundering or any other criminal activity
All violations will be reported to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Anti-Human Trafficking & Child Protection Unit, and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. We fully cooperate with all investigations.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with Providers.
- You must treat all Providers with respect and dignity.
- Payment and services are agreed privately between you and the Provider – Escorter does not handle money.
- You agree not to record, photograph, or distribute any content without explicit consent.
5. Provider Responsibility
- Providers must be 18+ and submit a valid government-issued ID for age and identity verification.
- Providers must post only real, recent photos of themselves.
- Providers are independent and solely responsible for their own services, pricing, and safety.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or Provider without notice or refund for any breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion.
7. No Liability
- The conduct, safety, or legality of any meeting
- Quality of services provided
- Disputes between Users and Providers
- Health or safety risks
You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
8. Reporting Violations
Report any illegal or prohibited activity immediately to:

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Kenyan courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
