Escorter is fully committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable Kenyan laws, including the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Act No. 24 of 2019) and its Regulations, the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018, and the Sexual Offences Act, 2006.

- We never sell or share your data except when required by Kenyan law or court order
5. Strict Prohibition of Illegal Activities
The following are expressly prohibited and will be reported immediately:
- Child sexual exploitation and child pornography (Sexual Offences Act, 2006 & Children Act, 2022)
- Human trafficking (Counter-Trafficking in Persons Act, 2010)
- Drug trafficking (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1994)
- Any other criminal activity
Violators are permanently banned and reported to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), National Police Service, and Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) for prosecution.
